The St Henry Academic Promoter’s will host a Prom Dress Exchange on Sunday afternoon Jan 7th from 1-3pm at St Henry Elementary School Gym. The cost to exchange a dress is $5.00 per dress, and the seller decides the price they would like to sell the dress for, and keeps the entire sale price of the dress. Dress drop-off will be 11am-12:30pm, and pick-up or unsold items will be at 3:15.

Our Home is kicking-off the 1st Annual Empty Bowls Mercer County with “Create A Bowl” painting event at Brew Nation/Potters House (Celina) on January 20 from 8am-6pm.
Each uniquely painted bowl from this event will represent a family, a child, a senior, a person between addresses, someone struggling with illness, or someone who feels helpless, hopeless, and hungry…unmet needs in our community and the bowls created here will provide us with over 200 vessels for our Empty Bowls Dinner & Auction on April 14, 2018.

The 2018 International Championship of High School A Capella Great Lakes Quarterfinal will be held at Wapakoneta High School on Friday Jan 26th from 7-10pm. The Varsity Vocals International Championship of A Cappella is the only international tournament that showcases the art of student A Cappella singing. The programs include both The Varsity Vocals International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) and The Varsity Vocals International Championship of High School A Cappella (ICHSA), and both are dedicated to providing top-notch a cappella groups with valuable feedback from our highly qualified judges. Our young vocalists also have the opportunity to showcase their talent to an international audience and develop relationships with each other, cultivating the art of a cappella singing and a lifelong love of music.
